This 2-day course is designed for newly hired FERS employees. It is intended to give an in-depth explanation of the FERS retirement system. FERS retirement must include Social Security and the Thrift Savings Plan, so a full discussion on both is included. Law enforcement issues and 6-C are discussed, as well as how to retire with a financially strong income and pension in place.

Cost includes: Large workbook, extra materials, full training. Accompanying employee's spouse is free, based upon space availability. Guest spouse will be expected to share the workbook.

$9,500 ($308 base per employee)

31 to 50 employees, additional

$288 per employee, after the base rate.

51 to 75 employees, additional

$268 per employee, after the $288 rate.

76 to 100 employees, additional

$248 per employee, after the $268 rate.

Per Diem and travel are extra.


Airline Tickets

Please do not buy airline tickets until the course is confirmed. Students are responsible for their own airline tickets and hotel reservations. They are not included in the cost.
