We are offering an expanded 4-day CSRS & FERS program geared toward all employees: newly hired, mid-career and those close to retirement. Class will cover all issues. Included will be hands-on-exercises and computation examples on the fourth day, with complete explanations. We will give you the tools to help you figure out your own computations prior to your visit with your retirement counselor.
Do not worry, we will not confuse you by combining CSRS & FERS in one program. We separate FERS from CSRS when explaining each system. We've worked out something special for you.
